It is a portable battery powered installation tool. It helps the user to install modems in a GSM coverage area.It offers much more than just indication of signal quality(SQ), it also offers functions that will indicate timing advance (TA), GPRS status and
extended network information.

The system is built by adding different modules together. The tester consists of a main board (CPU, battery charger circuit, RS232, LCD display), an internal GSM modem and an internal NiCd battery.It uses its internal modem to indicate a mounted antennas signal quality or to indicate the direction for optimum signal quality.
